At NightCloud Hosting, we strive to provide high-quality hosting services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Service Not Delivered: If we fail to provision your service within 24 hours of confirmed payment
- Major Technical Issues: If there is a significant service disruption caused by our infrastructure that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe
- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same service
3. Refund Request Timeframe
All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the original purchase. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund unless there are exceptional circumstances.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- After service has been successfully activated and used
- Account suspension or termination due to Terms of Service violations
- Change of mind after service activation
- Failure to use the service within the billing period
- Issues caused by user error or misconfiguration
- Third-party software or plugin issues
- Domain registrations (non-refundable once processed)
- Setup fees or one-time charges
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide a detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request
- Include any relevant evidence (screenshots, error messages, etc.)
6. Refund Processing
Once a refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method
- Bank processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
7. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on the unused portion of the service. This is determined on a case-by-case basis and is at our sole discretion. Partial refunds may be subject to administrative fees.
8. Service Cancellation
Canceling your service does not automatically entitle you to a refund. If you wish to cancel your service, please do so before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged. Cancellation requests should be submitted through your account dashboard or via email to support.
9. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider, your account and all associated services will be immediately suspended. We reserve the right to take legal action in cases of fraudulent chargebacks. Please contact our support team first to resolve any billing issues.
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
